Often, the narratives we create about our problems omit the essential details needed for genuine resolution. I am trained in and utilize several effective tools, including Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Imago Couples Counseling, Family and Systemic Constellations, Mindfulness and Spiritual Practices.

Lucian is a deeply kind, gentle and compassionate therapist and Family Constellation facilitator. His love of the work shone through each circle I attended for Family Constellation work. His gentle presence and skillful facilitation inspired parts of me that had been deeply hidden away in darkest shadow to emerge and start another layer of intense healing. Parts of me that I had spiritually bypassed revealed themselves allowing me to get in touch with both pain and suffering, but also the beauty, power and resilience of my ancestors. Lucian approaches his work with down to earth good humor and humility so his gatherings foster a sense of inclusion and compassionate witnessing from everyone present. For the last year, I have seen Lucian monthly for his Family Constellation workshops and his work has had major transformations in my life. I have been both a client requiring constellation work, as well as a representative for client’s constellation work–and in both cases major shifts have been realized and actioned in my daily life. Lucian is an incredibly empathetic, intuitive, and disciplined practitioner who can humbly and wisely facilitate constellations from highly complex and traumatic family circumstances to bring about a sense of compassion, insight, acceptance, and love. There are many family constellation practitioners out there and they are all very different–I highly, highly recommend Lucian to anyone who is looking for someone who provides a safe, inclusive, and compassionate practice that is also able to expertly guide clients to a place of peace.
Sometimes, when crawling around in the cave of my pyshe, Lucian has the ability to speak just the right words at just the right time, share experience from doing his own work and other effective techniques. He helps to light the way, empty unnecessary mental/emotional clutter, and create space and energy. Thanks to my work with him, I’ve been able to stop spinning in circles in that cave and to move out and forward in my life! I am grateful and definitely recommend him!
