Often our narratives of the problems in our life exclude the actual necessary description to find resolution. I am trained and use the following tools:

- Systemic and Family Constellation Facilitation
- Mindfulness meditation and somatic approaches.
- Evolutionary Astrology and Life Cycles.
- Internal Family Systems (parts work).
All of these tools are powerful ways to access the sub and supra-conscious mind and break stuck or preprogrammed emotional-energetic patterns of stress and trauma.
